I have completely rebranded the addiction recovery charity Kennedy Street so that they now present themselves to the world in a way that reflects the nature of the organisation better. By working closely with the founder and through audience and volunteer research, we worked out a strategy to take Kennedy Street into 2022 and beyond. This involves a simple set of principles for social media engagement, developing fundraising opportunities via constant revenue streams and setting up manageable workflows for a small organisation with limited resources.
